Environmental Laboratory Analyst

• Samples handling & management
• Laboratory housekeeping & environmental control
• Reagent/media preparation
• Wet chemistry analysis using conventional techniques
• Physiochemical, microbiological analysis
• Preparing samples for instrumental analysis
• Maintain lab test and Quality Control Records applicable to job
• Participate in, and complete all assigned drills, competency evaluations and trainings
• Maintaining assigned equipment and lab items in functional state
• Any other assignment, connected thereto, or incidental to the job.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BS (Chemistry)/ MSc Chemistry/ MS (M. Phil) in Chemistry with thorough knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques and principles.
• Written and Verbal communication skills are a must. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications required.
• These are male only positions.
• Candidates having professional laboratory work experience will be preferred. Candidates having relevant experience and skills may be offered higher pay package commensurate with their professional standing.

Note: This is a full-time training opportunity leading to employment after 3-months mandatory training cum probation period. Selected candidates may have to work longer hours on occasions. Therefore, applicants pursuing studies and working part time elsewhere will not be eligible.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
