Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production process (raw materials, in-process, and finished products).
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on bakery and sweets production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.) and company policies.
  • Collect and analyze samples for chemical, physical, and sensory evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to uphold consistent product quality.
  • Assist in staff training related to hygiene, quality, and food safety practice.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality control checks across operations.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BS in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemistry (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a bakery, confectionery, or food manufacturing environment.
