Environmental Manager

• Job Type: Temporary, 3-4 months, extendable
• Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in line with ISO 14001 and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) regulations and obtain necessary permits/approvals.
• Monitor and control environmental aspects such as dust, noise, waste management, hazardous materials, and water discharge.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify environmental compliance.
• Manage waste segregation, recycling, and disposal through approved contractors.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the client/consultant..

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• total 10 years of experience, 7 years relevant exp in environmental management within building/construction projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Qatar environmental laws, MOECC procedures, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
