Environmental Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead and oversee all environmental management and compliance activities across offshore and industrial projects. This role involves developing environmental strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable practices throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems in line with ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments, audits, and inspections across project sites.
• Identify environmental risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impact.
• Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators and sustainability metrics.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of environmental reports.
• Support project planning and execution with environmental input during design, construction, and operational phases.
• Promote a culture of environmental awareness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Master’s preferred.

🌍 Experience: 10+ years in environmental management, ideally within oil & gas, EPC, or offshore sectors. Proven experience managing audits, compliance, and impact assessments.

💼 Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards. Proficiency in environmental management software and reporting tools.

Certifications: ISO 14001 lead auditor or equivalent preferred.
