About the Opportunity
We’re looking to add an experienced and collaborative Environmental or Civil Engineer to our team. You’ll support impactful projects across the Pacific Northwest—ranging from sediment and upland remediation to habitat restoration—all while upholding our values of environmental responsibility, technical excellence, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sediment remediation, habitat restoration, and upland cleanup projects.
- Prepare remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and design reports.
- Create or review plans, specifications, and bid packages for remediation projects.
- Conduct fieldwork: collect soil, vapor, sediment, and groundwater samples.
- Assist in site evaluations, volume calculations, and drawings using CADD and Civil3D.
- Oversee construction work to ensure environmental compliance and design accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to quality control reviews and technical documentation.
- Travel regionally (up to 3 hours away) for site visits as needed.
QualificationsMust-Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting, civil/environmental engineering, or construction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (or a related discipline).
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification; must obtain PE license in WA within two years.
- Ability to acquire/maintain certifications like HAZWOPER, CPR, TWIC.
- Valid driver’s license and regional travel availability.
Preferred Experience:
- Working within Washington State environmental regulatory frameworks.
- Conducting construction oversight for environmental projects.
- Communicating with clients, regulators, and field teams.
- Using CADD and Civil3D for technical drawings and volume calculations.

Work Environment

Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
