Environmental Pet Waste Technician- Driver/Tech

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Pet Waste Removal Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining clean and safe outdoor spaces for pet owners. The technician will be responsible for the removal of pet waste from residential and commercial properties, ensuring that these areas remain hygienic and pleasant for both pets and their owners. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for animal care.

• Average hourly rate of $16.00 (training is $100 per day till on your own)
• Bonus potential

• Lots of walking/hills/terrain (10,000 or more steps per day does happen!)
• We work in ALL weather conditions (rain/hot/cold)-Nothing stops us but heavy snow and ice.
• Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs of weight from ground to truck multiple times a day
• Must be able to walk up to 20 yards a day with some hills and angled terrain

• Love the Great Outdoors– Charge up those fit bits because you’ll be doing a lot of walking! Must be able to lift a min of 25lbs - max of 50 lbs.
• Must Love Dogs– We will provide dog bite prevention training and you dole out the dog treats and friendly fur greetings.
• Pride– A pressed uniform, clean truck and good attitude speaks volumes.
• Quirk– You don’t end up in the dog poop business without a great sense of humor and a little quirk.
• Attention to Detail- You need to be able to find all the poops! It takes serious attention to detail and great eyesight is a big plus!
• Transportation-Must provide your own transportation to HQ and then drive your company truck. Take home truck a possibility after 3 months. per case basis.
• Cell Phone in good working order- Our company runs off a an APP on your phone. You MUST have it to perform your job at all times.

This route we are hiring for is in Triangle Dumfries, Dale City area. Our office is in Stafford.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $128.00 per day

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
