Job Description:
Green Pastures PH (Oman) is seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Safety Lead to oversee environmental protection and safety practices within energy-related operations in Salalah. Based in the Salalah Gardens Area, the ideal candidate will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, promote sustainability initiatives, and maintain high safety standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental and safety programs across energy operations
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and safety audits
• Develop and implement sustainability and environmental protection initiatives
• Monitor waste management, emissions, and environmental performance
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and awareness programs on environmental safety
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in environmental safety within energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance standards
• Relevant certifications in HSE or environmental management are an advantage
