Epic HB Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Perform and document all analysis, build, testing, and validation of Epic workflow build

· Collaborate with teammates and other teams using active participation and effective communication skills

· Support data exchange processes with vendors

· Collaborate with customers to ensure that we are meeting operational needs

· Mentor colleagues to build capacity and team knowledge base

· Participate in all aspects of testing and script prep, including core, application, enterprise, and UVT

· Participate in the team's weekly on-call rotation, which can include occasional and limited work outside of business hours

WORK EXPERIENCE

· Knowledge/Build experience of Epic HB Claims

· Knowledge/Build exp. of Remits

· Knowledge/Build exp. of Estimates workflows

· Knowledge/build exp with Epic Notifications

· Knowledge/build exp with Charge Router build

EDUCATION :

* Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req

*At least 5 years of experience with Epic Resolute HB

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Epic Certification (Required)
• Epic Resolute HB Certification (Required)
