Epic Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Epic Help Desk Support Analyst is to support all end-users of the Electronic Health Record and associated clinical IT systems. This may include, but not limited to, workflow issues, application errors, user access, and technical functionality, diagnosing any hardware or software opportunities with these systems. They will act as a liaison for the organization with end-users and vendors and will aid with ongoing implementations and optimization of these clinical systems used.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required
    • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred
    • Associate’s degree in an Accredited Program

Experience:

  • Preferred
    • One (1) year of Epic software/domain/workflow analysis design/EHR application related experience.
    • One (1) year of knowledge of clinical workflow, practice standards and documentation requirements.
    • One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Certification/Licensure:

  • Preferred
    • Epic proficiency related to application’s supporting
