As a marketing executive, you'll work with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to grow the company's brand, and funnel metrics.


Job Overview:


The Epicor ERP Software Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Epicor ERP Software solutions to new and existing clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, technical consultants, and management to achieve sales targets and ensure


Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Managing Sales team and team target

  • Manage and be responsible for the sales and marketing team, their performance, schedules, and sales achievements.

  • Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets

  • Prepare reports for the management on sales and market growth results.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, and cyclical sales meetings.

  • Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress, and suggest new strategies based on findings.

  • General duties besides managing

  • Direct email and perform other lead-generation activities.

  • Sell Epicor ERP software products & services via phone and customer site visits across GCC.

  • Conduct phone-based questionnaire dialog with prospects and leads.

  • Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and opportunities.

  • Organize & perform Outdoor customer site visits (initial visit, demonstration, negotiation, etc ...)

  • Closing deals and achieving the target as well


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in ERP Systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP solutions is a must.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Open for business Travels across GCC.

  • New Cairo Residence candidates are preferred.
