EPLAN Engineer-QATAR/REMOTE

Position: Eplan Engineer

Duration: 12 months (extendable).

Salary: QAR 9 000 All Inclusive Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Engineering: Develop General Arrangements (GA), Electrical Wiring Diagrams, and Loop Drawings with minimal supervision, based on provided BOQ, IO list, system architecture, and panel selections.
• Siemens Automation Products: Utilize expertise in Siemens products (S7-400H/FH, S7-1200, S7-300, ET200M) and their wiring requirements.
• Panel Components Knowledge: Specify and design with various panel components such as terminal blocks, relays, breakers, and ducts.
• EPLAN Proficiency:
• Utilize EPLAN tools for automatic mounting plate arrangements and BOQ/legend generation.
• Create and edit symbols from various libraries (IEC, NEMA, etc.) and modify templates based on customer needs.
• Edit EPLAN plot frames and report forms, generating comprehensive documentation including interconnection diagrams and cable schedules.
• Manage parts through macro creation, database management, and report generation.
• AutoCAD Expertise: Create, edit, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD tools.
• P&ID Familiarity: Read and edit P&IDs (preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and built projects.
• Strong proficiency in EPLAN (version 2.9 SP1) and AutoCAD with valid licenses.
• Familiarity with Siemens Automation Products and panel component specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Local availability in Qatar is preferred
• Must possess own equipment (laptop, EPLAN 2.9 SP1 ,AUTOCAD licenses).
