Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Electrician with expertise in home automation systems, wiring, and lighting installation for high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and precise electrical work, delivering premium quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems for residential and commercial fit-out projects.
• Perform installation and configuration of home automation systems, smart devices, and integrated lighting controls.
• Carry out lighting installation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and safety.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Conduct inspections to identify faults and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other trades to achieve seamless installation and finishing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Follow company safety protocols and ensure adherence to local electrical codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably with exposure to home automation systems and lighting installations.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring techniques, safety standards, and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to read and work from technical diagrams and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and fit-out projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in electrical works or home automation systems.
• Experience with smart home technologies (e.g., KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron).
• Familiarity with luxury residential and commercial projects.
