Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair
• Apply epoxy resin and other protective coatings using the latest techniques and equipment
• Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as "neighbors," to ensure high-quality repairs and service.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for job documentation and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• The ability to precisely adhere to guidelines to ensure high-quality work.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (standing, climbing ladders, lifting, working outdoors).
• Dependability and professionalism, which are crucial for maintaining the Preservan reputation.

A background with painting, faux finishing, sculpting, construction, and carpentry are a plus.
