Job Summary:

The EPP Facilitator is responsible for delivering English Through Pretend & Play activities in a preschool setting, creating a fun, interactive, and language-rich learning environment that supports early childhood development, communication skills, and active student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate English-based pretend & play learning activities
• Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment
• Manage student behavior and participation
• Plan weekly lessons and prepare learning activities
• Monitor and report student progress
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and materials
• Conduct mother-teacher interactions and coordination
• Support academic team in daily program execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/English/Early Childhood preferred)
• Experience with preschool or early years teaching
• Strong spoken English skills
• Creative, energetic, and patient personality
• Good classroom management skills
