Equipment Coordinator
Reports to: Equipment Manager
SUMMARY
The Equipment Coordinator supports equipment operations by managing MRO/Spare parts purchasing, parts inventory, repair coordination, and related documentation to ensure efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage MRO purchasing, including orders and delivery tracking

Maintain inventory and spare parts usage records

Coordinate delivery schedules with Purchase team and Logistic team

Track external repair status and maintain documentation for OPEX, CAPEX and vendor Activities

Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting

Organize internal equipment documentation and files

Communicate with internal teams and external vendors

Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS

Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel (for data tracking and reporting)
- Candidates must have a satisfactory work record without attendance or performance related job disqualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or materials management, with the ability to identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with SAP system
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in solar panels industry
- Experience other fabrication-related software is preferred
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Walking and standing for 50% of work shift
