Equipment Detail Specialist

Description:

Responsible for general upkeep and cleaning of equipment and maintenance of facilities including buildings and lots.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the wash bay area
• Washs, waxes, buffs and handles final detailing of all new and used equipment
• Maintains adequate supplies needed to perform this job
• Reports any service-related problems to Service Manager upon final cleanup of equipment
• May perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties, mowing, spraying, general upkeep
• May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
• May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership
• May assist the Service Technicians as requested by the Service Manager
• May perform rental/demo return inspections as requested
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Detailing skills including buffing & minor painting
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
• Ability to use basic computer functions
• Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay Range: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
