Equipment Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar PV Project Engineer/Manager to lead the successful execution of a large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Hafar Al-Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar energy and a proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the solar PV project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the technical design and engineering of the PV system, using software such as PVsyst and AutoCAD.
• Supervise on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Ensure the project complies with all Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations and other relevant codes.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations and effective communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a project team, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV project management, engineering, or design.
• Proficiency in solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope) and engineering tools (AutoCAD).
• Deep understanding of on-grid, ground-mounted, and/or rooftop solar PV systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC) and regulatory requirements in the KSA market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced construction environment.
