: Responsible for basic equipment and material management including warehousing, inspection, inventory checking, transfer, and disposal; ensure the smooth operation of equipment and materials.
Process & Standard Development
: Formulate and implement equipment and material management processes and standards to ensure efficient, accurate, and standardized material management.
Digital Capability Building
: Promote the digitization of equipment and material management to improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
: Coordinate communication and collaboration among various departments to ensure the timely supply and utilization of equipment and materials.
Innovative Equipment/Material Exploration
: Conduct research on industry best practices and diagnose business needs; continuously introduce innovative materials and equipment to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher

work experience is preferred.
3+ years
of experience in the logistics industry with extensive asset management experience.
Familiar with retail logistics/store operation standards; experience in asset management system development and project management is required.
Strong ability to quickly identify and diagnose business, organizational, and personnel issues and needs; capable of establishing reward and punishment standards to standardize and guide business behaviors.
Positive, meticulous, and steady work attitude with strong principles; excellent service awareness, communication skills, and coordination abilities.
