Equipment Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Equipment & Material Operations : Responsible for basic equipment and material management including warehousing, inspection, inventory checking, transfer, and disposal; ensure the smooth operation of equipment and materials.
2. Process & Standard Development : Formulate and implement equipment and material management processes and standards to ensure efficient, accurate, and standardized material management.
3. Digital Capability Building : Promote the digitization of equipment and material management to improve operational efficiency.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Coordinate communication and collaboration among various departments to ensure the timely supply and utilization of equipment and materials.
5. Innovative Equipment/Material Exploration : Conduct research on industry best practices and diagnose business needs; continuously introduce innovative materials and equipment to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher ; relevant dark store work experience is preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry with extensive asset management experience.
3. Familiar with retail logistics/store operation standards; experience in asset management system development and project management is required.
4. Strong ability to quickly identify and diagnose business, organizational, and personnel issues and needs; capable of establishing reward and punishment standards to standardize and guide business behaviors.
5. Positive, meticulous, and steady work attitude with strong principles; excellent service awareness, communication skills, and coordination abilities.
