Equipment Mechanic

We are currently looking for a skilled Equipment Mechanic/Technician to join our team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all machinery
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues across various compact equipment, specifically focusing on Bobcat models to ensure optimal performance
• Execute complete system overhauls and rebuilds
• Complete necessary welding tasks
• Collaborate seamlessly across departments including Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental to maintain efficient workflows
• Complete various additional duties as directed by your supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers
• Deep mechanical expertise with a focus on hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and advanced diagnostics
• A proactive, organized, and high-energy approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining technical proficiency

Professional Development:

• Acquisition of specialized knowledge regarding specific equipment makes and models
• Obtainment of industry-recognized certifications including ASE, Powerfluid Society, and manufacturer-specific credentials
