EMR is seeking a motivated Equipment Operator to join our Pensacola team. In this role, you will operate a material handler or excavator to move metal throughout the yard, keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives working independently while contributing to a safe, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate material handler and/or excavator to move metal and other materials
• Complete daily equipment reports
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
• Follow all safety and operational protocols
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience operating a material handler or excavator is a plus
