Equipment Operator – Civil Pros

Civil Pros is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for site and utility construction. This role operates excavators, dozers, skid steers, and rollers to support grading, site prep, and underground utility installation.

Candidates should have heavy equipment experience, be able to read plans and work from grade stakes, perform daily equipment inspections, and follow all jobsite safety standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
