Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety is the first priority by complying with all safe work practices, rules, regulations, and safety policies as set forth by the customer.
• Drive and operate all required equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with an on-site customer representative.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
• Have a general understanding of and ability to work in elevated or confined space entry areas, as well as follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Crane Safety procedures.

Education and Experience

Required:

• Experience operating and loading equipment, forklifts, or other PIT vehicles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience working in elevated or confined space entry environments.

Job Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting and moving of equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Travel required, including overnight stays as needed.
