Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Present and demonstrate equipment to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales contracts to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated on new product developments and technological advancements in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment or industrial product sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good technical understanding of equipment or machinery (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
