Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company’s customer base.
- Present and demonstrate equipment to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales contracts to close profitable deals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated on new product developments and technological advancements in the industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment or industrial product sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good technical understanding of equipment or machinery (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
