- Costing and estimating, compiling manufacture and installation programs, method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and work packs in a timely manner for job execution.
- Working closely with the sales and applications team when bidding for projects
- Control multiple projects simultaneously
- Attended client meetings to ensure the installation, co-ordination and planning of the work is in line with the client’s expectations.
- Ensure AAF site safety procedures and environmental codes of practice are enforced throughout installation activities.
- Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of special projects on an ongoing basis.
- Acts as liaison between customers and other departments.
- Maintains scheduling and cost requirements.
- Prepares status reports to update and inform others of all project activities.
- Prepares project summary report upon completion of project.
- Creates invoices etc.
- Assists in resolving receivables issues.
- Completion of project execution documents for all assigned projects.
- Onsite supervision experience of GT auxiliary equipment erection and modification.
- Assess the labour and equipment requirements for each project and submit price analysis.
- Provide technical instruction to field service representatives regarding the installation, operation, commissioning repair and maintenance of equipment at customer installations.
- Actively lead, supported and managed sub-contract labour to ensure timely execution of the installation project and ensure all site safety procedures were adhered to
- Monitor health and safety documentation and complete safety inspections
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same profile
