Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Coordinate installation and setup of new equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Document service records and report issues to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals
• Recommend process improvements and equipment upgrades

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Equipment Specialist, Mechanical or Electrical Technician, or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, maintenance tools, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
