Equipment Timekeeper

We are looking for an Equipment Timekeeper to to join our construction project team.. The role mainly involves tracking equipment movement, usage hours, fuel consumption, and coordinating with the logistics/PMV team to ensure accurate documentation of all machinery and vehicle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily usage hours for all equipment and vehicles on site.
  • Monitor equipment movement, loading/unloading activities, and deployment across different work zones.
  • Track fuel consumption and maintain fuel issuance logs.
  • Keep logs of equipment standby time, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain records for rented equipment, including delivery notes, return notes, and usage summaries.
  • Coordinate with logistics supervisors and PMV team to verify equipment data.
  • Prepare daily and weekly equipment usage reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping or logistics operations.
  • Basic understanding of construction equipment and site logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a construction site environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel; logistics software is a plus).
