We are looking for an Equipment Timekeeper to to join our construction project team.. The role mainly involves tracking equipment movement, usage hours, fuel consumption, and coordinating with the logistics/PMV team to ensure accurate documentation of all machinery and vehicle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily usage hours for all equipment and vehicles on site.
- Monitor equipment movement, loading/unloading activities, and deployment across different work zones.
- Track fuel consumption and maintain fuel issuance logs.
- Keep logs of equipment standby time, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records for rented equipment, including delivery notes, return notes, and usage summaries.
- Coordinate with logistics supervisors and PMV team to verify equipment data.
- Prepare daily and weekly equipment usage reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping or logistics operations.
- Basic understanding of construction equipment and site logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work in a construction site environment.
- Basic computer skills (Excel; logistics software is a plus).
