To serve as the first point of contact for global equity plan and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) administration. Provide high-level support for F5’s Executive VP and General Counsel, Sr. Director, Equity Programs & Corporate Governance, and Manager, Equity Plans.

Global Equity Plan Administration [80%]:
Provide equity compensation documentation to HR and/or Legal for employee relations matters such as: employee separation, court actions, garnishment, death, disability etc.
Update and maintain equity plan documentation, employee communication, and educational materials (FAQs, instructions, email templates, videos)
Corporate Governance & Legal Support [20%]:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel are required.
This role requires working closely with cross-functional departments, including human resources, payroll, tax, accounting and finance.
Physical demands and work environment
Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

The annual base pay for this position is: $80,800.00 - $121,200.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
