Program Summary
The Equity Research Analyst Fellowship is a 6 month, performance driven program for final year students and fresh graduates who want to build real buy-side experience in global public markets.
We will select 5 fellows.
During the program, fellows will:

Research global public companies across AI, fintech, blockchain, and technology

Develop investment memos.

Build and maintain structured datasets

Track company KPIs and earnings performance

Contribute to investor decks and partner materials

Support LinkedIn thought leadership and research distribution

Assist in developing internal screening and adoption-tracking tools
At the end of 6 months, the top 2 performing fellows will be offered full-time investment roles at Plutus21 Capital.

Develop structured Investment Memos and Reports

Analyze earnings transcripts, regulatory filings, and investor disclosures

Evaluate valuation frameworks, forward multiples, and capital allocation strategy

Assess competitive positioning, industry structure, and adoption dynamics

Build, clean, and maintain research datasets using Python

Track and interpret key operating and financial metrics (growth, margins, engagement, monetization, unit economics)

Design structured tracking systems and analytical dashboards

Contribute to the development of proprietary screening and research frameworks

Monitor global equity markets and sector developments
-
Track structural trends across AI, blockchain, fintech, and technology

Produce concise research briefs and periodic market updates

Contribute to investor reports and research publications

Support development of research visuals and analytical exhibits

Assist in communicating investment insights clearly and professionally

Ideal candidates:

Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduates

Background in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Political Science, or related fields

Strong analytical thinking

Basic to intermediate Python knowledge

Willingness to learn financial modeling and valuation
