Equity Research Analyst- Senior Level

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our research team.

• Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of companies, including financial statement analysis, peer benchmarking, and industry evaluation.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, relative valuation, scenario analysis).
• Monitor sector trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes impacting coverage companies.
• Prepare research reports, earnings previews, review notes, and investment recommendations.
• Attend and summarize earnings calls, management meetings, and investor briefings.
• Track quarterly results, news flow, and key catalysts for covered stocks.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leader.
• Monitor new equity listings, IPOs, SME IPOs, and upcoming DRHPs, analyse company fundamentals and market demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CA/CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimun 3–4 years of relevant experience in Equity Research (Sell-side).
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for producing high-quality research notes.
• NISM series XV - (Research Analyst) Cerficate required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
