Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH) is looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidate.

Qualifications:

• MBBS/MCPS /FCPS with Valid medical license.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience must be required from clinical and administrative side.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely assessment, stabilization, and management of emergency cases while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
• Supervise ER doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff and ensure compliance with triage and emergency care protocols.
• Oversee duty rosters, patient flow, documentation accuracy, and 24/7 service coverage.
• Coordinate with consultants and support departments to ensure seamless patient care and transfers.
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and operational efficiency within the ER.
• Conduct audits, case reviews, and training programs to promote continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure emergency preparedness, equipment functionality, and adequate medical supplies.
• Monitor key performance indicators including patient satisfaction, documentation compliance, Code Blue outcomes, and LAMA trends

Other Requirement:

• Strong leadership and communication skills & excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.
