We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ER Nurse will play a crucial role in providing immediate and compassionate care to patients in our fast-paced emergency room setting. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, hold a valid RN license, and have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in an emergency room environment. The ER Nurse will be responsible for efficiently triaging patients, delivering effective treatment, and collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon arrival and effectively prioritize care based on the severity of condition.

Administer necessary medications, treatments, and interventions to stabilize patients in critical situations.

Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide clear and concise patient education regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Accurately document patient information, medical history, and interventions in electronic medical records.

Maintain a sterile and safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Respond quickly and effectively to emergent situations, utilizing critical thinking skills to make rapid decisions.

Assist in resuscitation efforts during life-threatening situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
