Erection Engineer

Job Description:

Thirumala Roofing’s and Structurals is hiring an experienced Erection Engineer to handle erection and installation projects at site. The role demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in structural erection, and effective site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute erection and installation of structural components at project sites

• Supervise site workers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

• Ensure erection activities are carried out as per safety and quality standards

• Monitor daily progress, maintain records, and prepare site reports

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for timely execution

• Identify and resolve technical/site issues during erection work

• Inspect completed erection work to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Erection Engineer

• Must have experience in manufacturing or construction companies

• Strong knowledge of structural erection and site management

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to travel and manage multiple project sites
