The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst – Verifications to join IDR’s Expert Relations Management (ERM) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all experts are fully verified and compliant before payments are processed. Verification includes validating expert credentials, identity, and required basic information to meet internal, client, and compliance standards.
You will also support compliance-related actions ensuring all requests are handled accurately and within defined guidelines. This role is critical to maintaining payment accuracy, regulatory compliance, and expert trust.

Key Responsibilities
Expert Verification & Eligibility
Verify expert credentials, identity, and required profile information to confirm payment eligibility.
Ensure all verification checks are completed accurately before payment processing.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in expert records.
Maintain clear documentation of verification status and actions taken.
Payment Enablement & Risk Prevention
Act as a dependency owner for payment readiness by ensuring only verified experts proceed to billing and payment.
Proactively flag unverified or high-risk profiles to relevant teams to prevent payment delays or errors.
Support payment issue resolution by addressing verification-related blockers.
Compliance & DNC Management
Process compliance requests in line with compliance guidelines and SOPs.
Ensure timely updates across systems to prevent unauthorized outreach.
Maintain audit-ready records for all compliance-related actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve verification and compliance dependencies.
Participate in feedback cycles to reduce friction and improve verification turnaround times.
Escalate risks, backlogs, or recurring issues with clear root-cause insights.
Geographic Coverage
Support verification and compliance processes across multiple regions, including AMERICAs, EMEA, and APAC.
Apply region-specific requirements where applicable.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
Contribute to SOP enhancements, process improvements, and system updates related to verification and compliance.
Complete required training and apply learnings to improve accuracy, efficiency, and expert experience.

Qualifications & skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience
0–2 years of experience.
Other necessary skills:
Strong presentation design capabilities.
Professional attributes
Ambitious, self-driven, and proactive, comfortable taking ownership of creative direction.
Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn strategic ideas into polished visual outputs.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines.
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and providing design rationale.
Attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.

Working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Compensation & benefits:
Benefits: EOBI contributions as per Pakistan’s labor laws.
