My client are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Account Manager to join a growing technology team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft partner ecosystems, and a strong track record of selling ERP or ERP add on solutions.
In this role, you will manage and expand a portfolio of clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored ERP solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and supporting long term client relationships.
The role will include:
- Manage and grow ERP client accounts across the UAE
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively follow up on leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend ERP add on products that meet their needs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing
- Lead sales calls, demos, and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with sales targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience - ideally within ERP, software, or digital solutions
- Proven success in account management and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong experience working with clients in the UAE / Middle East
- Exposure to Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft ERP environments is highly preferred
- Relevant sales or ERP certifications are a plus
- Established track record in the UAE market
