Job Title: ERP Analyst – Concur & Workday Finance (Expense Management)

Role Summary

The ERP Analyst – Concur & Workday Finance (Expense Management) is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing expense management and financial modules within Workday and Concur environments. This role ensures seamless integration between finance, supply chain, and expense workflows while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines functional finance knowledge, ERP configuration expertise, and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Finance & Expense Management Support

• Configure and support Workday Finance modules, including Expense Management and Supply Chain.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve configuration defects.
• Support expense workflows, approvals, reimbursement processes, and policy compliance.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles.

Concur Administration & Configuration

• Support and configure SAP Concur expense management system.
• Maintain expense policies, approval hierarchies, and audit rules.
• Troubleshoot user issues and integration errors.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Concur and Workday Finance.

Integration & Ancillary Systems Support

• Support integrations with systems such as Par Excellence, EDI/GHX Marketplace, and other third-party platforms.
• Validate financial data accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot interface issues.

AI & Automation Initiatives

• Support or enhance AI-driven applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, automation tools).
• Assess opportunities to apply AI solutions to improve expense processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams on intelligent automation initiatives.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Participate in QA/testing and validation of system changes.
• Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and validate business scenarios.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, user stories, and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to governance and change management processes.

IT Service Management & Support

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Track issue resolution metrics and maintain support documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience supporting or configuring SAP Concur.
• Experience with QA/testing and system validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in writing functional documentation and user stories.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Par Excellence, EDI/GHX Marketplace, or related procurement systems.
• Exposure to AI-driven applications or automation tools.
• Understanding of ERP integrations and financial reporting workflows.
• Healthcare or enterprise finance environment experience.

Pay: ₹421,182.01 - ₹1,386,719.77 per year
