ERP Applications Specialist

We are looking for an " ERP Applications Specialist ". If you have a penchant for enterprise resource planning processes for a better world, join us. This role is primarily hybrid , and we expect candidates to be based in Ankara .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering within ERP projects, particularly in at least one of the following areas: Human Resources, Logistics, or Finance
• Strong knowledge of UML or SysML , and experience with BPM modeling
• Proficiency in creating Use Case diagrams , process workflows , and ER (block) diagrams
• Experience in designing screen and report mockups
• Ability to conduct GAP analysis between product capabilities and analyzed systems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and development processes
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience with PL/SQL
• Experience in data analysis , classification, visualization, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as IBM Rational Designer, Enterprise Architect, Eclipse Modeling Designer, Camunda, Draw.io , or similar
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and systems engineering
• Experience with requirement and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps )
• Knowledge of web and mobile applications
• Experience in analyzing and supporting system integrations
• Knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Tax, Finance, Accounting
• No travel restrictions

Responsibilities:

• Support project scope definition, feasibility assessments, and preliminary analysis activities
• Provide input to project effort estimations
• Collaborate with business units to perform detailed business analysis
• Develop current-state system models (Use Case, UML/SysML/BPM) based on analysis outcomes
• Identify business, system, and software requirements and prepare requirement documentation
• Conduct GAP analysis between project requirements and the existing ERP system
• Collaborate closely with the software development team to ensure designs align with requirements
• Create Use Case diagrams , workflow diagrams , and ER (block) diagrams as part of design activities
• Prepare screen and report mockup designs
• Validate alignment between the developed application and the approved design
• Execute application configuration and implementation activities (definitions, configurations, etc.)
• Manage new and evolving requirements throughout the project lifecycle
