IT Specialist (Software & Operational IT)

Job Responsibilities

• Managing internal IT operations (hardware, software, and end-user support)
• Collaborating with software teams to support technical processes
• Analyzing system and application issues and managing resolution processes
• Researching new technologies and developing appropriate solutions
• Responding to user requests in a timely and effective manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High motivation for research, learning, and solution development
• Responsible and disciplined work approach
• Basic knowledge of systems, networking, and software
• Experience in technology companies or startup environments
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, or backend processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00TRY - 150,000.00TRY per month
