ERP Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our ERP team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in ERP systems and business process automation. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to ERP implementations, business workflows, and system support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities
• Analyze, understand, and document business processes and user requirements
• Provide first-level support to end-users, including basic ERP troubleshooting
• Support data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements and improvements
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA, BBA, ERP graduates, or ACCA students (currently pursuing)
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process management

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of business operations (Finance, HR, or Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ERP tools and technologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation skills
