ERP Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Preferably SAP B1) to join our dynamic team.

This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and overall business growth. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and ERP vendors to ensure the successful design, deployment, and optimization of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze, document, and assess business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using ERP solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of functional requirements and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT teams to configure and implement ERP systems tailored to the organization s needs.
• Expertise in the documentation process and conversion of As Is Process and To Be Process and Blueprint Document
• Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and industry best practices to propose continuous improvements.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
