ERP Business Application Analyst I | IT - Applications - Business | Onsite initially; remote possible after training

As an ERP Application Analyst I, you’ll play a key role in optimizing enterprise systems by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, support the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and assist with testing to ensure system functionality and reliability. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users, you’ll help maintain alignment, provide end-user training and support, and monitor system performance. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing workflows, driving efficiency, and maintaining accurate, well-documented ERP processes and system changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance
• Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred
