This position is primarily remote; however, occasional on-site presence may be required.

The ERP Data Migration Analyst plays a critical role in the successful migration of legacy supply chain data to Oracle Cloud. This position bridges the gap between raw technical data and business utility and is responsible for the end-to-end integrity of master data, including vendor, item, and location files. The role ensures data is accurately extracted, transformed, and validated for use within the new ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Extraction & Integration: Independently extract and integrate complex datasets from multiple legacy systems and disparate text file formats to support migration workstreams.
  • ETL & Data Transformation: Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean, map, and transform raw data into upload-ready formats for Oracle Cloud.
  • Database Integrity & Maintenance: Perform regular audits and status reporting to ensure database updates are accurate and consistent with business rules.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and quality issues using error detection and process improvement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a technical point of contact for data-related inquiries, working closely with Technology Operations and Supply Chain leadership to maintain project timelines.
  • Compliance & Standards: Enforce master data management policies and standards to ensure long-term data health following migration.

For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
