About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects. The role focuses on planning, execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely and quality ERP rollouts across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with functional & technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, requirement gathering, and solution mapping.
• Monitor risks, escalations, and provide resolution to ensure project success.
• Define delivery processes, best practices, and continuous improvement plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients.

Requirements:

• 4–10 years of ERP project implementation & delivery experience (Construction/Manufacturing ERP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing multiple ERP projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client handling skills.
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
