Job Summary:

The ERP Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems according to business requirements. The role involves analyzing user needs, integrating modules, troubleshooting system issues, and improving ERP performance to support organizational operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Analyze existing ERP workflows and recommend system improvements.
  • Design, code, test, and deploy ERP solutions and enhancements.
  • Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and databases.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries.
  • Collaborate with functional teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to understand system requirements.
  • Perform database management, backup, and optimization tasks.
  • Ensure ERP system security, user access control, and data integrity.
  • Support ERP upgrades, patches, and system migrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, SQL, or PHP.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Good understanding of API integration and system architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ERP customization and module development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and BI dashboards.
  • Understanding of business processes including Finance, HR, Inventory, and Supply Chain
