ERP / EDP Analyst - Chennai

Designation: Executive - EAG (Enterprise Automation Group)

Qualification: Any degree or Diploma (ECE/EEE/) or BE (ECE/EEE) with 2-5 yrs of experience in EDP / ERP data management activities using excel etc.,

Skill sets:

1) Having basic knowledge of the electronic items

2) Root cause analysis (CAPA)

3) Computer Knowledge (MS office, ERP etc.,)

4) VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Excel sheet, Document Preparation, Typing Speed, Communication Skill.

5) Presentation skills and Training skills

6) Knowledge in ERP software

Job description:

(1) ERP Master Maintenance (Part Number creation, Alternate & Equivalent updation, Part correction)

(2) Updating the new versions based on process & CRQs.

(3) Users login creation based on Dept. & assigning reports as required

(4) Releasing Shop floor orders and PRQ's based on Organizational Demand & Supply by maintaining equilibrium & adhering to SLAs.

(5) Manual PRQ creation, SFO creation

(6) Misc Receipt & Issue updation

(7) SO/FO New / Amendment creation

(8) Service department support

(9) Production returns components receipt, Product update Issue.

(10) Identifying bugs & errors in the ERP software which are escalated by end users
