ERP Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our ERP systems. You should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP (preferably Odoo or Oracle) and a strong understanding of how business processes integrate with ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into ERP functionalities.
• Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules in line with organizational needs.
• Conduct testing to ensure ERP functionalities are properly implemented and integrated.
• Identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance business efficiency.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate to senior team members or technical teams when necessary.
• Provide end-user support and basic training to ensure effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, cross-functional teams, and vendors to implement ERP solutions.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, functionalities, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
• Exposure to Odoo and/or Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in supporting or training end-users is an advantage.
• ERP-related certifications would be a plus.
