Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Management:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Manage Epromis ERP implementation, upgrades, and system optimization.
- Ensure smooth ERP integration across departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, Payroll, Inventory, and Operations.
- Develop ERP roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvements.
- Streamline workflows for better operational efficiency.
- Ensure ERP supports compliance, reporting, and management decision-making.
- Develop SOPs for ERP processes.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage ERP, IT, and implementation teams.
- Train internal departments on ERP modules and best practices.
- Ensure user adoption and change management throughout implementation.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-level reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Support management with strategic insights through ERP analytics.
