Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Management:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage Epromis ERP implementation, upgrades, and system optimization.
  • Ensure smooth ERP integration across departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, Payroll, Inventory, and Operations.
  • Develop ERP roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Business Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvements.
  • Streamline workflows for better operational efficiency.
  • Ensure ERP supports compliance, reporting, and management decision-making.
  • Develop SOPs for ERP processes.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and manage ERP, IT, and implementation teams.
  • Train internal departments on ERP modules and best practices.
  • Ensure user adoption and change management throughout implementation.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-level reporting tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management with strategic insights through ERP analytics.
