To strengthen our consulting team, we are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead ERP deployment projects and ensure successful adoption.

Role Overview

The ERP Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system configuration, training, and post-go-live support. This role requires technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects across diverse industries.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP modules and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, HR, and operations teams to align ERP functionality with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective system adoption.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and system integration.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD1,850.000 per month
