ERP Implementation specialist (Fresher Eligible)

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring ERP solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from planning to go-live
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure ERP modules to align with business processes
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants
• Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure ERP solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
