ERP Logistics & Manufacturing Lead

In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “ERP Logistics & Manufacturing Lead”.

Who We Are Looking For?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules,
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and logistics/production processes,
• Experience in ERP integration and development projects,
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management, production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and procurement processes,
• Infor LN experience is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills,
• Following technological developments and new ERP trends; open to research and continuous learning,
• Able to communicate effectively with business units and take a solution-oriented approach.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to system development and adaptation,
• Managing ERP-related projects, including planning, execution, resource coordination, and timeline tracking to ensure successful project delivery,
• Leading software development and configuration activities for ERP Logistics & Manufacturing processes in line with business needs and technical standards,
• Participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, and integration projects with other enterprise systems,
• Collaborating with end users to understand demands and adapt ERP modules accordingly,
• Ensuring documentation, system testing, and follow-up of development and support processes,
• Staying up-to-date on ERP technologies and applying new trends to enhance business processes.
