Fulfillment Center Operation Team Lead

📣 We’re on a mission to build a seamless, fast, and high-performing fulfillment operation and we’re looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Center Operation Team Lead to help us take our logistics excellence to the next level.

💼 What you’ll do?

• Organize and optimize warehouse operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflows.
• Manage material procurement, shipments, and warehouse inventory processes.
• Coordinate inbound, transfer, picking, and outbound processes to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Monitor and report operational processes using logistics software and systems.
• Ensure warehouse layout, safety, and workflow compliance with company standards.
• Lead, train, and regularly evaluate team members.
• Measure, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance of team members and recommend corrective actions to the manager when necessary.
• Participate in recruitment processes and provide candidate recommendations to the Operations Manager based on organizational needs.
• Oversee the use, protection, and assignment of IT equipment and assets within the team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (HSE) rules; provide guidance and warnings when required.
• Attend HSE committee meetings and take action to implement decisions.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to support and enhance operational efficiency.

✅Who you are?

• Graduate of relevant university departments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Holder of a B-class driver’s license.
• Physically fit and able to travel when required.
• (For male candidates) No military obligation.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to operational processes.
• Experienced in team management with strong communication skills.
